Weather and UV resistant: FLASHFORGE ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) is a thermoplastic plastic that combines mechanical strength, UV resistance and water resistance. In addition, it has good chemical resistance and dimensional stability, making it an ideal material for prototype construction, outdoor applications and the automotive industry.

Heat resistance and mechanical properties: functional applications can benefit from the impressive temperature resistance of FLASHFORGE ASA, which can withstand up to 100˚C and has a high toughness and impact resistance. ASA has a similar composition to ABS but has better mechanical properties, higher aesthetics and improved UV resistance.

High quality: with a self-adjusting CCD diameter measuring system. It ensures strict tolerances of 1.75+/-0.02 mm, which makes the filament exceptionally printable and easy to transport. FLASHFORGE ASA filament works seamlessly with most FDM 3D printers.

Clog-free and bubble-free: the clog-free patent ensures a smooth and stable printing experience. The vacuum packaging effectively protects the ASA filament from moisture after 24 hours of complete drying. Due to its sensitivity to moisture, please put the nylon bag back on the ASA material immediately after use to get excellent printing results.
